Was. Is. Always Symposium started as a project to celebrate Indigenous designs and the various types of designers in the Indigenous community. This was a group project with other designers that started in Melbourne back in 2015.
And in 2016, it evolved into a community led workshops in Sweden, Greenland and Denmark - bringing together researchers, students, industry experts, and other organisations involved or interested in Indigenous design.
